Easify Advanced Server Upgrade (EASU)

Overview

The Easify Advanced Server Upgrade (or EASU pronounced "Ease you" for short) is an optional upgrade for Easify that extends the rich features of Easify even further.

EASU upgrades your existing Easify business software system to give you the following additional features:

Multiple Company Support

If you run several businesses, upgrading to EASU allows you to setup as many companies as you want in Easify. When you launch Easify you simply choose which company you would like to log onto.

There is no limit to the number of companies that you can create in Easify with EASU.

Scheduled Recurring Orders, Purchases and Backups

Now you can schedule Easify to automatically create new orders and purchases on a schedule of your choosing. If you bill your customers for the same thing on a regular basis, just setup a scheduled order in Easify and the order will be automatically created for you according to the schedule you have set.

EASU also allows you to schedule Easify backups to happen automatically, so you no longer need to remember to backup your valuable Easify database.

ECommerce XML/SOAP API

Easify Advanced Server Upgrade includes a powerful programming interface that allows your web developer to rapidly and easily connect your eCommerce website to Easify using industry standard XML/SOAP.

Connect your website to Easify and have web orders automatically flow from your website into your back office processing system.

Link Easify stock levels to your website, whenever a product is sold online your stock levels in Easify can be automatically updated. Equally, if you sell an item over the counter in your shop the stock level change can be instantly sent back to your website.

Create products with descriptions and images, and automatically upload them to your website.
