Easify Advanced Server Manager
The Easify Advanced Server Manager is a small application that runs on your Easify server (the computer on which your Easify database and EASU is installed), that allows you to view your EASU licensing status as well as being able to control the EASU server status for the various companies that you have installed EASU for.
The top part of the Easify Advanced Server Manager allows you to manage your license. By default EASU is installed as a fully functional 30 day trial. When you have purchased an EASU license key, click the
Install Server License
Button to install and activate your license.
You can uninstall your EASU license at any time by clicking the
Uninstall License
button.
At the bottom of the window is the
Server Status
panel. Here you can see the status of your EASU server, and can start and stop it as desired.
If you have EASU installed for more than one company you can choose which company's EASU server to look at from the
Company
drop down list.
Note: You would not normally need to change anything here as the EASU server will automatically start when Windows is loaded. This option should only be used at the instruction of Easify technical support, as stopping the server service will result in loss of eCommerce connectivity and scheduled tasks will no longer run.
It is important to note that if you do not install a valid EASU server license within 30 days, the EASU will cease to function. Multi-company support, eCommerce and scheduled tasks will stop working until such time as you install and activate a valid EASU license.
