Reinstalling the Easify Database

First let us say that this is not something that you would ordinarily do as it will revert your Easify database back to factory default settings and any data you have entered into Easify will be lost.

This procedure should only be carried out if you want to revert Easify back to factory settings.

Launch the Easify setup wizard by running Setup.exe.

Click Next to skip the welcome screen, and at the EULA screen tick the box to accept the license agreement and click Next.



When you are prompted as to whether you would like to upgrade your installation of Easify, select No for manual installation options.



When prompted to choose your installation type, select Database Server Only (Advanced).

Click Next to continue.




Now select the option Database Installation to New SQL Server (New Users).

Click Next to continue.



You will be warned that you are about to overwrite your Easify database, if you are sure this is what you want to do click the Ok button otherwise click the Cancel button.

When you click the Ok button your Easify database will be reinstalled.




When the installation is complete you will be presented with the screen shown above.

When you are ready click Finished to close the Easify installation wizard.

Your Easify database will now have been reverted to factory default settings.
