Easify 2009 with Feature Pack 1 is a free upgrade that gives you the following great new features: Stock Allocation System In addition to Easify’s ability to record and track your stock levels, you can now allocate products to orders, and at a glance see how much free and on hand stock you have. If you use the EPOS features of Easify, the new allocation system prevents you inadvertently selling the same product twice, warning you if a product has already been reserved on another order. In addition to this, Easify now allows you to turn off automatic stock control completely should you so desire. Retail and Trade Price List Printing Easify now allows you to publish your products to a price list, and quickly and easily print your pricelist to paper, PDF or Excel spreadsheet. You can print trade price lists, retail price lists or both. Change Margins on Entire Product Categories Now you can apply margins to entire product categories. So rather than having to change product margins item by item, you can now select the category that the product is in, and change the margin for all the products in that category. New and Updated Help System Built into Easify is a much updated and improved help file, that will get you up and running with Easify in no time. If you’re already up and running the new help system will be sure to get you up to speed with all of Easify’s great features. History Logging Now you can see what your Easify users have been doing via the new history logging facility. Track important Easify events such as user logins and logoffs, as well as being able to see which Easify users have made changes to products. Also view changes to security changes such as when someone modifies Easify user permissions. Many General Improvements and Bug Fixes We have taken the opportunity to further fine tune Easify, paying special attention to making the user interface more consistent. We have also resolved a number of issues that were raised by end users after the initial release of Easify 2009. When you launch setup.exe you will be given the option to upgrade your existing version of Easify.
