Knowledgebase Article Editor

The Knowledgebase Article Editor allows you to create and edit knowledgebase articles.

Creating a new article
When you launch the article editor to create a new article, the category will default to the category that was selected when you launched the editor.

Give your article a meaningful title, this will be displayed in the list of articles and any words you enter for the title will be searchable.

Continue to type in your article in the editor in the centre of the article editor. 

I would recommend starting by repeating the article title as the first line of your article.

Then select the text you just typed and from the styles drop down list select Heading.

This will render the title in your article in a large bold font.

Now continue to type the rest of your article, feel free to apply styles to the text as you go.

Finally, take a moment to enter some keywords for the article.

The keywords will be searchable so they are a great way of ensuring that your article will be found easily by whomever is searching for it.

When you are done click OK to save (and publish) your article to the Easify Knowledgebase.
