Although Easify is not an accounting package, we have included a great many finance related features that will help you with real world business operations.

Since Easify can record all incoming and outgoing financial transactions for your business, you can use it to keep a real-time view on your financial position.

Sales reports show you sales as they happen, purchasing reports show you outgoing money as it is spent.

You can pull up a profit and loss report for any period and instantly see whether you are making a profit or a loss.

As previously mentioned Easify is designed to be as 'real world' as possible and our approach to representing financial information is to have financial information conform to the needs of the business, and not to have the business conform to financial requirements. Accounts in Easify strongly mirror real life accounts, in Easify a cashbox account represents a physical cashbox, a till account a real till. If you wish to know who owes you money you open the 'Who owes you money report'.
