Easify V6 brings the same practical tools you already use for taking orders, looking after customers and keeping stock under control - with Easify Web so more of that day-to-day work can run from a normal browser.

Say hello to Easify Web

Easify Web is Easify in your browser. Sign in from a normal web browser and get on with day-to-day work without needing the desktop app open on that machine. Think of it as Easify that travels with you: office, home, or a quiet corner of the workshop.

We're building Easify Web so a Web-only business can still do the essentials properly - not a cut-down demo, but a real way to trade:

  • Customers - keep your customer list tidy and up to date
  • Products - manage what you sell
  • Suppliers - who you buy from
  • Orders & quotes - create quotes, turn them into orders, follow them through
  • Purchases - buy in what you need
  • Cashbook, stock take, and everyday reports - the numbers you need to stay on top of things
  • Paperwork designer - customise invoices, quotes and similar documents in the browser, just as you can in Pro

Your company gets a simple web address on easify.co.uk (based on your company name), so your team knows exactly where to go. Help for Easify Web is already taking shape, so when you're ready to explore, guidance will be there alongside the product.

Desktop Pro isn't going anywhere

Easify Pro stays the tool for power users, with Bill of Materials, Trade Counter POS and enhanced realtime reporting. If you want the full Windows desktop suite - till, deeper tools, everything at your fingertips - Pro continues that work. V6 is about choice: Web for core day-to-day work in the browser; Pro for the complete desktop suite (Pro subscribers get the browser as well).

Here's how a few familiar areas line up today:

  • Paperwork designer - both Web and Pro
  • Trade Counter POS (the till) - Pro only
  • Bill of Materials - Pro only
  • Enhanced realtime reporting - Pro
  • Import products - Pro only

Pro-only areas are shown clearly in the browser, so you can start on the web or step up to Pro when you need the till or deeper tools.

Easier logins, clearer user management

Getting people into Easify should feel straightforward. In V6 we're simplifying how you add users from Easify Web - create the person, link them to a subscription, and get them onto your company server without the old multi-step dance.

We're also adding optional two-factor authentication (the kind that uses an authenticator app on your phone). It's there if you want an extra layer of protection on your login - useful when more of the team are signing in from the browser.

Alongside Web and Pro, we're continuing to polish the everyday flows around orders, stock and paperwork, and improving the tools that help you renew and manage your Easify subscription. We'll share clear upgrade guidance when you're ready.
