Order Statuses

You can customise order statuses in Easify to exactly tailor them to suit the needs of your business.

Order status can be used when working with orders and quotes in Easify to help you determine at what stage an order or quote is at.

For example in your company you might have a Q.A. Check that has to be carried out on your orders, you could create a new order status of "Q.A. Check" and then set orders to this status when they are undergoing the Q.A Check.
