Order number system keeps jumping numbers. for instance last few numbers 1148/1149/no 1150/ 1151/1152/1153/no 1154/1155

Please make sure that order 1154 is not a cancelled order.
Cancelled orders do not show up in the order and quotes window unless you filter for them using the Status drop down box which is automatically set to 'All Active Orders' by default.
