Updating products data via a spreadsheet
The most effective way to making large changes to your products database is to do so via a spread sheet.
1. export your products to a spreadsheet using File > Export > Products in Easify
2. then using a spreadsheet program modify the products, row by row, then save your changes
3. now import the spreadsheet back into Easify
Please note, you will need to make sure each product has a unique code in one of the following fields (Manufacturer SKU, Supplier SKU, Our Stock Code, EAN No) in order to update rather than insert each product.
We recommend making a backup of your Easify database before importing data so you can restore from backup if anything goes wrong.
