[SOLVED] - Outlook 2013 - Cannot Create ActiveX component error when attaching paperwork to email.

Symptom: If you try to attach paperwork such as an invoice or quotation to an email, and you are using Outlook 2013 you may get the error "Cannot Create ActiveX component".

This can be caused by the Outlook Interop DLL that Easify uses not being compatible with the older version of Outlook.

Download the older interop DLL here - http://storage.easify.co.uk/easify-downloads/outlook-legacy/Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.dll

Copy the file to your Easify Pro Client installation folder - usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Easify\Client

You will need to close and re-open Outlook for the changes to take effect.
