Version 3 Help
Hi I am using version 3 and can't figure out how to remove product categories and sub categories.
I right-click on it and press delete and it says I can't because it contains items but it is empty.

It is possibly because there are still items in the category but they have been discontinued.
Check the "Show discontinued products" checkbox in the main products Window to see if there are any hidden products.
If there are you could create a "Discontinued" category and drag the products into that in order to empty out the original category so it can be deleted.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have show discontinued products ticked and there these sub categories are completely empty. It doesn't make any sense to me!
