How does it work?
In Easify enter the postcode of the customer whose address you wish to lookup...
Click the button...
Easify heads off to the cloud to find a list of matching addresses...
Pick the address you want and Easify fills in the customers address details for
you.
You don't need to type a thing!
Postcode lookup is also accessible via the POS (Point of Sale)
What do I need?
All you need to enable postcode lookups for your copy of Easify is a valid Postcode
Lookup PIN.
You can purchase Postcode Lookup PINs below, each one is valid for 12 months and
you will need one PIN for each computer running Easify that you want to enable for
postcode lookups.
Because we use cloud services to provide postcodes for you, you will also need an
internet connection on the computer that you want to carry out postcode lookups
from.

You will receive your postcode PINs via email as soon as you place your order,
however please note it may take up to 24 hours for your PIN to be activated.
What do I get?
Each Postcode Lookup PIN allows you to carry out practically unlimited postcode lookups
(up to 100,000) on a
single computer running Easify for a period of 12 months.
Postcode lookups are carried out using Royal Mail PAF data which is regularly
updated to ensure that results are as accurate as possible.
Easify postcode lookups are to premise level, so you get the address that you
need right down to the number on the door.
