Would be nice to be able to have sub-categories on sub-categories to further organise products.

yes, fully support on this, sub-sub categories would help for much better organization of the stock with broad variety of products. thank you

yes us too. im finding that im going to need about 3 sub-categories now. is this on the road map easify.
