Easify generates an error and stops responding when launched
We have seen a couple of instances recently where you go to launch Easify and it almost immediately stops responding and generates an error. Windows then runs through the 'Checking for solutions to this problem' dialogue box.
This problem is caused by Windows updates to the .Net framework 3.51 or Framework 4.0 that corrupt Windows preventing the event viewer subsystem from loading.
If Easify suddenly appears to not work one morning, for no reason, check your control panel for any Windows updates that have been automatically installed since you last sucessfully used Easify and try uninstalling them.
