[SOLVED] - Changes to payment details for a subscription won't update
With Easify Cloud, you can log into our website and update the payment method for your subscriptions.
These might be your monthly subscriptions, or the subscriptions that you prepay for (i.e. 12 months or 24 months in advance).
People sometimes report that the billing details won't update.
This is usually because after they have added their new card details, they have forgotten to select the new card from the drop down list and click on SAVE CHANGES.
Once a new card has been added, we can re-present the payment (if your payment is overdue) or when the subscriptions renew they will just bill the new card.
