It sounds like there are some erroneous characters in the trade margin field which can happen if the products have been imported from a .csv file with erroneous or hidden characters in them. Are you running the on-premises version of Easify or the Cloud version?

It's the on-premise version. It was all working fine until the update, we haven't imported any csv files into the system since we initially set it up 5 years ago.

What version of Easify did you upgrade from?

4.77 to 4.79

We haven't had any other reports of that problem with that upgrade path.

Can you email me a backup of your Easify database to support@easify.co.uk and let me know an example of a product SKU you're having trouble with?

I can take a look at the data to see what's causing the issue.
