Recent Crashes

Hi,

Recently I have been getting a lot of crashes (unhandled exceptions about 3/4 a day), My till PC isn't connected to the 'tinternet so I can't get it to auto report errors, Is there a file I can send to help with future updates?

Hi Chris,

The next time you get an exception, can you email a screenshot (or mobile phone photo) of the error to support@easify.co.uk?

We should be able to determine whether it's an Easify or Windows problem from there.

Many thanks Richard. I will do. Thinking more about it, it appears to happen most when printing to my HP printer, I am running Windows XP too, so is most likely a Windows issue.
