How to get help with Easify...

If you need technical help with Easify business software, i.e. you're having trouble installing or something does not appear to be working properly, here's a few ways to get support...

Post your issue here, Easify developers and support staff frequent these forums and will be happy to help you.

Email us

You can email your support request to support@easify.co.uk.

If you think it would help us please include screenshots of any errors you are encountering - click here for a guide to emailing a screenshot in case you're unfamiliar with the process.

Installation Issues

If you are encountering an error message or are having installation issues, please attach a copy of your Easify installation logs to your email or paste the contents of the log files into your email.

Please send us the following:

  • EasifyV4Setup.log
  • EasifyV4BootStrapper.log

The easiest way to find your temp folder is as shown in the image below:

NOTE: For security reasons do not post your installation log to the forums.

Just to note the live chat is currently down but will be back online later in the week.
