Re: WordPress WooCommerce Connector

Easify can be linked to pretty much any WordPress website with a default WooCommerce setup.

If you have more advanced requirements, you may need a web developer to modify our free WordPress plugin to enable these advanced features.

Re: WordPress WooCommerce Connector

This may be the PHP settings on your web server.

I suspect it is silently handling an error message that would be very useful in diagnosing the issue.

Please contact your web server and ask them to enable Notice type error messages if you don't have access to your php.ini file, then reload the Easify settings page to see the error message.

Re: WordPress WooCommerce Connector

EASU web services use the default port of 80. This is also known as the HTTP port.

If you want to worry about security, we'd recommend installing an SSL certificate into your IIS server and port forwarding port 443 (as discussed in our WordPress support article).

Here's a link to a port forwarding guide for your BT Hub 5:

Re: WordPress WooCommerce Connector

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/D&ENotton/ shouldn't have an ampersand character in it.

You might want to try: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/DENotton/ (where the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is replace with your public IP address obviously).

If that doesn't work....

On your Easify database computer (the one that has EASU installed on it), go to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\

Here you should have a folder with an abbreviated company name, something like DENotton

Now open an internet browser and go to:

http://localhost/DENotton/Inbound/EasifyInboundOrders.asmx

(where DENotton is the name of the folder we found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\).

If a web page appears then as long as you have done your port forwarding correctly, your web server should be able to communicate with Easify over the internet.

This works ok the one above

tried with ip address and works ok short it to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/DENotton

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/DENotton 403

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/DENotton/Inbound/EasifyInboundOrders.asmx

work ok

Any ideal
