[VIDEO] Adding Internal Notes in 20 seconds

Another in our 20 seconds series - in this one Alison demonstrates how to add an internal note to an order, and have it automatically emailed to another Easify user.

We use this feature a lot, it's one of our favorites. Internal notes is an excellent way of noting down conversations with customers, issues arising with orders, or even just a great way of recording on the system all of the information that someone will need to be able to work on a job.
