i am using easify web successfully to do my stocktake but I have no way of knowing which items have been recorded unless i manual record on paper as well.
I see there is an option under columns entitled last stocktake but I am unable to select it . I have double checked under security that I have full access to everything. What am I missing?
When you change the cost price of a product is will automatically update the 'last priced' date.
Or you can tick the clock next to the Cost price on the Pricing tab of the product. This will update the 'last priced' date to todays date.

its not the recording of changes in price I need help with it is actually seeing on the computer which items have been counted and which have not.
Hi - thanks for the clarification.
If you right click on the main products window you should be able to select to show the 'Last Stock Checked' column.
This will update and show todays date when you change the stock levels on a product. Unfortunately (due a recent bug) it only changes if you change the stock quantity, you can't just check it to say that it's correct, or overwrite the number with the same number to show that it is correct.
However we're currently in the process of re-writing the products window to support Bill of Materials and this is on our list of things to include a fix for as part of this update.

Alternatively if you're on an Easify Cloud server and you use Easify web to perform a stock check, when you enter a stock level it will update the 'Last Stock Checked' column with todays date.
