Adding and editing a product
The product editor is a full-page tabbed form. On a wide screen the tabs sit in a vertical strip; on a phone they run horizontally. Save writes every tab in one go and returns to the products list.
Tabs:
- Details — description, manufacturer, category, subcategory, supplier, codes
- Pricing — cost, trade, retail, VAT, margins
- Stock Levels — on-hand stock and related stock fields
- Shipping — weight and shipping fields
- Assembly — Easify Pro (lock). Bill of materials lives in Pro.
- Condition — product condition
- Notes — internal notes
- Info — Easify Pro (lock). Images and HTML descriptions.
- Sales History / Purchase History — Easify Pro (lock)
Locked tabs show a padlock. Selecting one opens an upgrade message rather than the Pro editor. See Easify Pro features.
