Raising and editing a purchase
The purchase editor is a full-page tabbed form. Choose a supplier on the header, then work through the tabs. Save writes the whole purchase and returns to the list.
Tabs:
- Items to Purchase — lines, quantities, cost prices
- Notes to Supplier
- Internal Notes
- Schedule
- Assign Users
- Serial Numbers
- Payment — shown if you have accounts permission
