Changes to stock quantities - when and by whome
Hellloooo....
Is there any time stamp/record to pull data from to see when alterations to stock quantities have been made?

Currently (in version 3.83) stock changes are not recorded with a date / time value.
This could only be worked out by writing your own report (either using Crystal Reports or Excel).
You would need to work this value out by using the Purchases and PurchaseDetails tables in your Easify database to work out when new stock was received.
Here're some guide for making Reports in Excel:

..just seems a bit silly when the product history table does not include 'every' change to that stock item - why reinvent the wheel?? after all if I have all the data for sales why not have stock check info and delivery info???

Just to give you the background to this.. so if a memner of staff is adding stock incorrectly there is no way to trace this..

Sorry - that was a question...So..if a member of staff was incorrectly making changes to sock..how would you be able to trace this? Apart from the stock figure being wrong???

If a user manually edits the stock level of a product record, this change isn't logged and so cannot be traced.
