Customers Product Sales History
The Customers Product Sales History allows you to see which products a selected customer has purchased over any given time period, and with Live Reporting you can and sort and filter the results in a variety of different ways.
You can access this feature from the:
Main Customers window where you can search and filter the Product Sales History for the selected Customer.
Click on the Show/hide customer info pane button as highlighted in red to view the pane if it isn't already showing.
or on the Edit Customer window where you can also search and filter the Product Sales History for the selected Customer.
You can double click on any of the results in these views to open or edit.
Depending on whether you click on a column relating to the product or the order, either the product details or the order will open.
In the example below you can see that in the last year a different customer has purchased 57 items with an average price of £147.51 and a total Net spend of £5,134.26.
However you might want to see how many 28" HD Ready TVs (Part No 100050) this customer has purchased. So you can sort by Product Description by dragging the column header to the Group by section...
...and very easily you can see how many of each item this customer has purchased.
You can group by more than one column too to really drill into your sales figures, plus add additional columns to this view.
Please note: the Live Reporting functionality was introduced in V4.77 so if you're not seeing the features on your version then you will need to upgrade.
